World University Championship Boxing 2018 in Elista will take place in the Republican sports training center “Oirat Arenа”, from August 31 to September 7. As for today, 27 countries officially sent their applications to participate in the Championship; the total number of participants – 251.

According to Chingiz Natyrov, the winner and prize-winner of the Russian Boxing Championship among students Bogdan Shishkin and Arash Abushinov are now preparing together with the national team for the upcoming World University Championship Boxing 2018.
