The meeting of the Commission of the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia on E-Government
Today, June 28, 2011, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic, Chairman of the Government Commission on the Information Society and development of electronic government in the Republic of Kalmykia, Vyacheslav Ilyumzhinov met the Commission, which reviewed and discussed the work on implementing the Federal Law of 27.07.2010, the № 210-FZ “On the organization of public and municipal services in the Republic of Kalmykia” and the organization of inter-ministerial and inter-level cooperation in the provision of public services. Agriculture News from Kalmykia
According to the department of agricultural farms in the RMS Republic went to haircut 426.8 thousand head of sheep. On June 17 this year, 261.6 thousand heads shorn, the wool clip was 828.6 tons. Average clipping on a head – 3.2 kg. Shearing campaign continues.
The country continues receiving calves: in farms received 31 427 calves out of 78 calves per 100 cows and heifers. Over 131,300 calves received in peasant farms. The largest number of calves on farms received Yashkul, Ketchenerovsky and Yustinsky areas. Read the rest of this entry »

On Sunday, June 12, television Libya (Planet Earth) aired a meeting between President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and leader of Libya Muammar Gaddafi.
Libyan state television channel “Al-Jamahiriya” showed video footage on television, in which the first President of the Republic of Kalmykia Ilyumzhinov and Muammar Gaddafi are playing chess.

The festivities in honor of the birthday of Buddha. In celebration of the Urs cap central khurul “Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni” a program of activities for which everyone is invited.
June 15, 5:00 am Geshe lharamba Tenzin Dugda gives all-day vow of Mahayana, which includes a vow of non-alcoholic beverages. The action “take the vows of sobriety” is taking place in Kalmykia. Mongolia’s President has called the main Buddhist temple of Kalmykia, a very beautiful
On a visit to Elista, the President of Mongolia Tsakhia Elbegdorj visited the main Buddhist temple (khurul) of Kalmykia “Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni”, where he met with the head of the Buddhist republic Shadzhin Lama Telo Tulku Rinpoche.
The President of Mongolia, the state, which is the traditional religion of Buddhism, brought the ritual scarves (Hudack) to set the prayer hall of the 9-meter statue of Buddha Shakyamuni, in deference to the founder of the Buddhist faith and the throne of His Holiness the Dalai Lama XIV, the highest religious leader of Mongolia and Kalmykia.
