Youth educational forum “Uralan – Time to Act” will be held tomorrow.

August 27, in the city of Elista on the territory of the “City of Chess” there will be a three-day youth educational forum “Uralan – Time to act”.

Its participants will be young people of the South of Russia and active youth of the Republic of Kalmykia.
