Kalmykia’s public debt increased by 490 million roubles over the month to 7.1 billion roubles ($95.5 million).
The region’s commercial loans amounted to 4 billion roubles (4.11 billion roubles a month ago), while budget loans stood at 3.1 billion roubles (2.55 billion roubles a month ago).
