Festival of National Cuisine “Makhan Fest”

In Kalmykia in March 2025 will start collecting applications for participation in the gastronomic festival “MakhanFest”, the head of the tourism department said.

The program of the gastronomic festival includes Kalmyk cuisine, an exhibition of goods of local producers, contests and concerts.

The event is organized by the regional Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Kalmykia and the Center “My Business”.

The collection of applications will last until April 1, the ministry said.
